We were blessed to partner with Intercessors for America (IFA) and the Gatekeepers Conference for our 2024 prayer gathering hosted at Franklin Covenant Church on June 27-30. Prayer warriors from eight states were in attendance as we cried out to the Lord on behalf of our nation, our leaders and our families.
Dave Kubal, president and CEO of IFA, led us through three days of insightful training and strategic intercession. As a nationally recognized faith leader, Dave serves on the National Faith Advisory Board and the National Day of Prayer Task Force. A graduate of Asbury Theological Seminary and ordained in the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Dave has a deep grasp of the spiritual underpinnings of our nation’s issues. Throughout his 40 years in ministry, Dave has excelled in building relationships that exponentially impact the Kingdom. At IFA, Dave has emphasized the tremendous value of the intercessor to God’s plans and purposes, as well as the need to connect each intercessor to the unfolding news, which is history in the making.
On Sunday, we closed the conference with Bob Fitts, an anointed songwriter and worship leader who has recorded albums with Integrity Music and Maranatha Music. Bob and his wife, Kathy, have traveled to well over 50 nations to lead worship and teach at schools, events, conferences, ministries and churches.
As always, the Appeal to Heaven Prayer Conference was a refreshing time of intimacy with our Almighty God. We are grateful to all those who participated, especially those who gave their time and talents to make this event possible. Our hearts are filled with the expectation that the Lord is preparing our land and our hearts for revival!
