Life is full of ups and downs and things we can’t control. In situations like these, we must face and walk out the good and the bad.

We assume the hidden places don’t matter—but like unfinished wood left exposed, neglect quietly causes damage from day one. What we leave unprotected in our lives slowly erodes us, but God longs to restore even the parts no one else sees.

A half-painted shed became an unexpected mirror—revealing how easy it is to polish what’s visible while leaving the hidden places untouched. This story invites us to consider the quiet ways God calls us toward honesty, wholeness, and grace.

Coveting isn’t just about wanting what someone else has—it’s about quietly rejecting God’s unique plan for your life. When we compare our story to another’s, we risk telling our Father, “I wish I belonged to someone else.”

Every year it’s the same. We make promises to ourselves about how we are going to change things for the better this year. But then, the same thing that happened last year happens again. This year, put that list of goals aside and do THIS instead.

"Life rafts have killed hundreds of sailors by offering a false solution to problems on the boat." This same principle can be applied to the choices we make in life, relationships, family and business.
