Who Wants to be a Star Agreement

I understand photos and videos will be taken during this event. By typing in your name below, you (or your legal guardian) give full permission for the staff at Inn of Last Resort and Smoky Mountain Center for the Performing Arts to use photos and videos of your performance at any time.

(If under 18 yrs of age, please give guardians permission).

Please read the act and soundcheck requirements and indicate that you understand the timing and voting for the Who Wants to be a Star event by selecting the checkbox.

• Soundcheck will begin at 12:00 PM on September 23 at the performing arts center. First come, first serve.
• Each act will be no longer than 3 min 20 sec (3:20). Going over allotted time can result in disqualification.
• Each contestant must bring their music downloaded on a USB drive with their name to hand to the sound manager.
• Voting will be based on audience participation and a panel of judges.

This year we are trying something new called a "PRE-VOTE." If you have family or friends who cannot attend this event, but want to support you, they can support you by BUYING A VOTE. Every dollar raised by September 23, will count towards your final score.
